We wanted to see where building activity is taking place in Baton Rouge, LA. Using data from the Baton Rouge OpenData portal, we mapped the location of building permits issued between July 1 – July 15 by street address. We then created a new layer displaying the number of Occupied Housing Units by ZIP code with data obtained from the US Census Bureau.
